REGINA PRITCHETT | President
Raised in Oklahoma City, Regina has always had a passion for design and beauty. Regina joined The TEAM as a full partner in 1999. Ms. Pritchett immediately took over the books and finances plus scheduling to streamline the business and allow growth. The full potential of the company could now be explored with her vision and nuclear energy. She is a TEAM manager and a community leader. The company growth has been recognized by the Oklahoma City Business leaders by awarding The TEAM number “30” in the 2014 Metro 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Central Oklahoma. As a member of the Women’s Organization for Business, she received the Riata Distinguished Small Business Award in 2011. She continues to combine her love of design and the great outdoors to help The TEAM produce breathtaking views for their customers. Regina is a Native American member of the Chickasaw Nation, and The TEAM is Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) Certified Company with the Muskogee, Potawatomi, Chickasaw and Cherokee Tribes. Ms. Pritchett is the infectious enthusiasm that keeps the company accelerating into the future.
JEFF DAVIDSON | Vice President
Mr. Davidson graduated from Carl Albert High School in Midwest City Oklahoma in 1988. He attended Oklahoma State University before going to work at Eagle industries in aeronautical products and part time cutting grass and installing irrigation. Jeff wanted to work for himself and started his own lawn care company in 1995. The company was successful enough that Jeff became an employer and started hiring help to get all the work done. He also started attending classes at OSU-OKC in horticulture to fine tune the career he had chosen. The next big move was purchase of six acre property and building, a four bay building with spacious office space, in 2005. Mr. Davidson has accumulated certifications with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture as a chemical applicator for turf and ornamentals. He has also met all requirements as a certified Arborist. Mr. Davidson attends classes and short courses to continue his education in horticulture. Jeff received specialized training through the Rain Bird Company in irrigation design and installation. Jeff is a Native American member of the Chickasaw Nation, and The TEAM is a Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) Certified Company with the Muskogee, Chickasaw and Cherokee Tribes. The TEAM is recognized as one of the top 50 companies in Oklahoma City area. The TEAM is recognized by the local Chamber of Commerce as best of Oklahoma City for the last four years. The company supports the YMCA athletics, Wounded Warriors and many other charitable organizations.
KEN SETTLE | Director of Operations
Ken was raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Harding High school in 1968. He earned his BS Biochemistry at UCO in 1973 while working at the Oklahoma State Health Department as the lead chemist in the water quality lab. Mr. Settle then went to flight school in the United States Air Force. Captain Settle joined the USAF Reserve after six years on active duty. Ken went on to earn his MS in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma while flying in the reserve. Mr. Settle took a position with The Boeing Company in Wichita, Kansas as an engineer then to Wright Patterson AFB as a Boeing Representative to the Aeronautical Labs. From there back to Oklahoma City to a position as the Boeing Program Manager of the E-4B Night Watch program. The next challenge was the Engineering Manager of the Boeing Derivative aircraft program in Oklahoma City. The Air Force called back and Lt. Col. Ken Settle went back on active duty at Warner Robins AFB as the Chief of Air Mobility section, Deputy Inspector General and Chief of Strategic Plans. Col. Settle was then moved to Ninth Air Force – US Central Air Forces as the Air Force Reserve Advisor to the Commander. Col. Settle performed several assignments in Southwest Asia in several positions. After 36 years, Col. Settle retired from the Air Force and came back to Oklahoma City where he started work at Turf Team while simultaneously attending school at OSU-OKC acquiring an ASS degree in Horticulture. Mr. Settle obtained his certification as a chemical applicator for Turf and Ornamentals. Mr. Settle is a member of the Oklahoma Turfgrass Research Foundation and is a certified Arborist.
SCOTT BURRIS | Senior Account Executive
Attended Del City Schools and Graduated in 1987. Scott joined the United States Army in 1987 and served for four years. During his service he was deployed for Desert Shield and Desert Storm where he was assigned as a M-1A1 tank driver in an armor battalion and participated in the now famous western flanking maneuver that surprised and devastated the elite Iraqi Republican Guard. After returning to civilian life, Scott went to work for United Parcel Post Service, before joining Turf Team in 1996. Scott was a charter member of the Team with the Owner Jeff Davidson. He performed all duties to include all maintenance and landscaping. He acquired his Oklahoma State certification as a chemical applicator on Turf and Ornamentals. Scott has kept current in all aspects on Horticulture through short courses and continuing education. He has completed a Rain Bird sponsored Irrigation design and Installation course. Scott is a certified Arborist.
J HENSLEY | Residential Superintendent
J was born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He graduated from Guthrie High School in 2008. After high school, he played two years of college baseball at Labette Community College in Parsons, Kansas. While at Labette, he studied Secondary Education. After Labette, he attended Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri where he lettered in football and baseball. He continued with Secondary Education until he transferred to Oklahoma State University. He spent two and a half years there in the Landscape Architecture program. After coming on full time at Turf Team he continued his education at Oklahoma State University – Oklahoma City studying various courses relating to landscape education. J traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to receive training in irrigation installation and design. In March of 2014, J became an Oklahoma Certified Arborist.
